This machine has two layers to make different steels ,the upper layer has 13 forming steps,the down layer has 16 forming steps,and the roller's material is 45# steel with chrome,the shaft material is 45# Steel,and the diameter is 80mm.
The transmission of this machine is chain transmission and it will be controlled by PLC.

The cutting system is hydraulic cutting system,the material of the cutter  is CR12 MOV,the hardness of this material is higher and it is suitable for use as the cutter mold.
There is one oil pump connect the cutter,it will provide the power for the cutter.

This machine is controlled through PLC,it can automatically measure the length of the product and the quantity of production, which is simple to operate, workers only need to input the length and quantity of production, the machine can work automatically.
