The cutting system is hydraulic cutting, the product will be cut after forming, so that it can more accurately ensure the accuracy of the product.

 

The transmission system of this machine is a gearbox transmission. Its power is relative to the chain transmission, the power is greater, faster, and more stable.

The structure of the machine is cast iron arch structure, which is more stable and stronger. Generally, it's recommended to use this structure for thicker raw materials. The material of the roller is quenched by Cr15 , and the diameter of the shaft is 80mm.
