This machine has 18 forming steps,and the roller's material is CR15 with quenching,the shaft material is 45# Steel,and the diameter is 80mm.
The transmission of this machine is chain transmission and it will control by PLC.

The cutting system is hydraulic stop cutting system,the cutter material is CR12 MOV,the hardness of this material is higher and it is suitable for use as the cutter mold.
There is one oil pump connect the cutter,it will provide the power for the cutter.

This machine control by PLC,it can automatically measure the length of the product and the quantity of production, the operation is simple, workers only need to input the length and quantity of production, the machine can work automatically.
This is the punching machine,it will punch the holes automatically.
